Hi I'm Henrietta, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR practitioner

I assist individuals in overcoming mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, low mood and depression. With a background in public, corporate, and private platforms, she focuses on breaking negative cycles using evidence-based tools.​​

About Me

Although I specialise in CBT, I adopt an integrative approach. In other words, I believe we are all different and therapy should be "tailored to you", So, I allow each clients unique story to shape the course of therapy. My approach infuses a range of psychological theories and approaches as well as addressing social and spiritual aspects.

I tailor therapy to the individual and not the individual to therapy. 

I am based in London, offering face to face and online therapy sessions.​​

Beyond the therapy room, I am deeply passionate about the holistic connection between the mind and body. You will often find me at the gym; for me, exercise isn't just about physical fitness it is a vital tool I use to regulate my nervous system. By prioritising my own wellbeing and physical resilience, I ensure that I am in the best possible mental and emotional 'shape' to hold space for you and your journey.

 

I also believe in the power of self-expression through fashion. For me, how we dress can be a profound way to improve mood and boost confidence. I bring this same appreciation for individuality and creativity into my practice, helping you find the unique 'fit' of tools and techniques that help you feel like your best self.
