A free workshop on understanding anxiety and learning how to move forward.

What to Expect

This workshop will be a gentle and practical introduction to understanding anxiety and learning ways to respond to it differently.

During the session we will:

  • Explore how anxiety works in the mind and body

  • Learn simple strategies to cope with anxious thoughts

  • Look at practical tools you can start using in everyday life

  • Reflect on small steps you can take moving forward

The session will include tools drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a well-established approach used to help people understand and manage anxiety.

You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to share personal experiences.

Safe and Supportive Space
This workshop is designed to be a safe, supportive space where participants can learn and reflect without judgement. To help everyone feel comfortable, the group will be kept small (around 10–12people), allowing time for reflection, discussion, and a more personal experience.
Any sharing during the workshop will be treated with respect and confidentiality, so participants can feel safe engaging with the material and conversation.
